Design and development of a new garden centre on a derelict site, adjacent to Grade II listed buildings. Works involved the part demolition of a public house to retain the street facade as well as new open sided steel frame buildings and a freestanding brick and glass wall to enclose the site.

Refurbishment of the students union bar to create a contemporary interior with a multi use bar, cafe , recreation and games area. Sound proofing works to reduce noise transmission.
