Grazebrook Design's residential projects include house extensions, refurbishment of large private houses including period and listed propertes, conversion of redundant buildings into residential units and new build houses and apartments.

Commercial projects include converting redundant warehouses, refurbishment of retail units, re-roofing, new warehouse building, cafe bar interiors and planning consents to enhance land values. Conservation and works to period properties forms a key part of our work.

Educational projects have included refurbishment of large listed properties (Grade I & Grade II ) for academic use and conversion of redundant school class rooms into training centres.
