Grazebrook Design is an architectural practice in Bristol established in 1992 by Caroline Grazebrook RIBA.

The practice has extensive experience in residential and commercial projects throughout South West England and Wales.

Our specialist experience in residential property includes design and alterations of period and listed buildings. We take a sympathetic but innovative approach to all properties in conservation areas. We have a proven track record in obtaining listed building consent for many building alterations and improvements.

We are members of the Green Register of Construction Professionals, which promotes sustainable building practice and we are an approved Eco–Refurbisher which means we are experienced in introducing ways to save energy and reduce carbon emissions in domestic refurbishments and renovations.

Commercial projects range from end users to commercial developers covering new build and refurbishment projects with particular experience in city centre brown field sites.

Educational projects range from nursery refurbishment to university departments and adult education.

Our clients are wide ranging: home owners, listed building owners, commercial land lords and tenants, property developers, charities and educational establishments.
